I have recently been experimenting with Empathy. I have read this empathy guide about 5 times, and I thought I'd try and use it to make people feel things.
First, decide on the emotion and the person/target.
Now, you have to fill yourself with this emotion. If you want them angry, you have to feel angry.
Next, visualise the emotion leaving your body, in a coloured cloud. I usually use the colour that I feel corresponds to the emotion, i.e. red for anger, blue for calmness.
There you have it, a short way to make people's emotions change.
