There are three steps to obtaining the Berserker Strength and Fearlessness: 1. Meditation. 2. Possession. 3. Induced Adrenaline.
1. You must be good at meditation, I'll leave the techniques up to you. You must be good enough to reach a state of having no self, and therefore there will be no thoughts to distract you.
2. Now you have no thoughts and no sense of self, you must think of an animal. In the original Berserkergang, wolves and bears were most common, but any large predator you like will do. You must think of that animal, and only that animal. As you have no sense of self, let it take over, possess you, be you.
3. To induce adrenaline, move like your animal, be the wolf or bear. Physical activity is good, do lots in a short amount of time. Pain is also a good way of raising adrenaline fast but be careful with this one.
All of this, done properly, will then pass over and temporarily grant you large amounts of strength, increase your reflexes, increase your speed and make you fearless. Unfortunately when this wears off, due to you burning large amounts of the body's resources, you may become very tired. Very. But, you will recover eventually. Also, this is tried and tested.
